Come explore a basic introduction to a unique way of eating, specific to your mind-body type, or dosha. We will discover which dosha(s) relate most to you and learn basics from which you can develop your own lifestyle! Ages 15 and over.
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
