Bring the Meats! – Father’s Day Bundle
A series of three classes for $115 (classes may be taken individually) Each class starts at 6:30 pm.
- Seafood Sensations (July 12th) Grilled and crusted Sea Bass plus shrimp, sides, and more! Celebrate seafood and learn several techniques for preparing your favorites indoors or outdoors!
- Best of Beef (July 19th) Discover the ways to utilize various cuts of beef, including marinated steak and Asian Garlic Steak Skewers plus Skillet Brownies for dessert! Hear from a local beef producer about what to look for when selecting meat to up your grill game!- $45
- Perfect Poultry (July 26th) Sample flavors from around the world with one of the most versatile meats you know and love – chicken! Recipes include Greek Chicken, Grilled Turkish Chicken, and even Mixed Berry Hobo Packs with Grilled Pound Cake to top it off.
Each class runs approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
