
Passport to Flavor
Join us as we for a global culinary tour! Each month, we will feature one region and focus on one country from the feature continent each week. At the end of the month, we will have a class that showcases the main dishes from the feature continent. We will explore the history of food and its contribution to the local and world wide culture.
Classes will be held on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. Registration is $325.
January: Asia (Countries: Japan, India, Mongolia, and Cyprus) – 1/31/2023
February: Island Nations of the South Pacific (Countries: Fiji, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu) 2/28/23
March: Australia (States: New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria) 3/28/23
April: Africa (Countries: Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Benin) 4/25/23
May: Europe, Part 1 (Countries: Spain, Greece, Romania, Malta) 5/30/23
June: Europe, Part 2 (Countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy) 6/27/23
July: North America (Countries: US, Canada, Mexico) 7/25/23
August: South America (Countries: Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru) 8/29/23
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
