Spring Roll and Sushi Rolling

Join us in an immersive, hands-on evening of learning about basic knife cuts to prepare vegetables, preparing seasoned sushi rice, and techniques for rolling your own spring and sushi rolls. Put your new skills to the test as you roll your own spring and sushi rolls for a delicious supper! This class is Gluten Friendly. Ages 12 and over.
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
