Chef Ellen will demonstrate how to make pasta from scratch to use in a classic Bolognese recipe, and round out the meal with an Italian Side Salad and fresh Zabaglione for dessert. Chef Ellen will explain how to use a pasta dough roller properly with an at-home pasta machine - then you will make your own pasta for dinner!
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
