Chef Ellen will demonstrate knife cuts for various vegetables to be used in sushi rolling and spring roll wrapping as well as techniques for cooking sushi rice. The menu will be finished with mango pudding. You will have the chance to participate in creating your own Sushi and Spring Rolls.
Classes run approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on subject matter and number of students.
